Hydrocolloids

We offer a broad range of hydrocolloids including products such as alginates, biopolymers (xanthan gum and scleroglucane), carrageenans, galactomannans (locust bean gum and guar gum) and pectins. These are used as gelling, thickening and stabilizing agents in all areas of the food industry and in a growing number of cosmetic, pharmaceutical and technical applications.

In food, our hydrocolloids are used in bakery, beverages, confectionery, culinary, dairy, meat & fish and fruit & vegetable based applications.

In the UK, hydrocolloids are sold by our sales team based in Manchester.
